Competed in four meets for NSU... had a personal best in the 3,000 meter Stampede (10:31.05), 800 meters (2:08.76), and in the 1,500 meters (4:27.07).

2024 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Competed in three meets for NSU... had a personal best in the 800 meters (2:20.66), 1,500 meters (4:35.92), and in the 3,000 meters (10:27.75).

HIGH SCHOOL
Attended and competed in cross country, track, and soccer at Forest High School.

Son of John and Joanne Elfring...has two siblings, Chris and Colin... most memorable athletic achievement is making regionals as an individual...says the most influential people in his life are his parents.
